Design:
Pre-insulated ducts are made of galvanized steel sheets. They are insulated with mineral wool. The standard insulation thickness is 80 mm, 100 mm. Other types of wool may be used, according to different parameters, such as the thermal conductivity coefficient.
Precise internal frames joining allows for the ducts to have any airtightness and pressure class.
Dimensions:
As a standard, the pre-insulated ducts and fittings system includes all rectangular elements up to 2000x2000 mm. Individual arrangements are made in case of larger elements.
Maintenance:
The inner metal sheet shell allows mechanical cleaning and sanitizing.
Installation:
Ducts are usually installed on roofs; standard supporting elements for ventilation ducts are required.
Duct frames are sealed with a seal. Elements are assembled and bolted with screws and mounting clips. Then, the distance between the insulating jackets is filled with mineral wool and covered with a protective band (OP-TYPII).
Leakproofness class: A, B, C
