Description

The GERMtec technology filtration eliminates the flow of particles such as dust, fungi spores, microbes included in water vapor particles.

The device's automation system analyzes air quality and amount of pollution in the air. Once the admissible level is exceeded, the device is automatically activated.

Carefully selected materials are used in the four-stage filtration process. The device ensures filtration of airborne solid particles up to PM1.0.
Its configuration allows for installation both in existing heat recovery systems, as well as standalone devices for autonomous operation.

Every artificial ventilation system that offers air supply or air supply and exhaust can be extended with an additional GERMtec device.

Purpose

GERMtec has been designed for very thorough air filtration. Removes airborne solid pollutants, including microbes contained in water vapor. Air sterilization is one of the stages of air processing. The device filters air, removing particles of up to 2.5 µm.

GERMtec was designed specifically for operation with THERMOtec filtration modules and devices, i.e. BYpass, INlet, OUTlet.

GERMtec is a 4-stage air filtration module. Specially selected filtration inserts ensure G4, F7 and H13 class filtration, as well as with a UV beam.

The condition of each filter is analyzed in real time. An assembly of four pressure transducers coupled with an automation system controls the filters depletion level.

Equipment Configurations

GERMtec Compact R

A filtering device designed to remove microbes from the air.

Filtration of PM1.0 particles through a 3-stage selection process and biological sterilization is ensured by means of a UV beam.

The Compact R Series is designed for installation in existing ventilation systems on supply ducts directly upstream of the recuperator.

An integrated bypass allows air flow through the device without using filters, which is particularly useful when the intake air is periodically clean.

An automation system ensures that the flow is adjusted to the current recuperator demand.

GERMtec Compact

A filtering device designed to remove microbes from the air.

Filtration of PM1.0 particles through a 3-stage selection process and biological sterilization is ensured by means of a UV beam.

The Compact Series is designed for autonomous operation as a standalone device.

Built-in solid particles and pressure sensors monitor the air quality in the room and the condition of the filters.

An automation system ensures reliable operation, tailored to air quality requirements.

Bypass + GERMtec + FANtec

A filtering device designed to remove microbes from the air.

Filtration of PM1.0 particles through a 3-stage selection process and biological sterilization is ensured by means of a UV beam.

Air delivery and stream flow adjustment rely on the FANtec module.

Built-in solid particles and pressure sensors monitor the quality of air at the device inlet and outlet, as well as the condition of individual filtration sections.

INlet and OUTlet modules with connectors may be used in existing systems.

A BYpass directs the air between the filtration section and the free flow chamber.

Bypass + GERMtec + FANtec

A filtering device designed to remove microbes from the air.

Filtration of PM1.0 particles through a 3-stage selection process and biological sterilization is ensured by means of a UV beam.

Air delivery and stream flow adjustment rely on the FANtec module.

INlet and OUTlet modules with laths may be used as a standalone system.
